Our Beef

We source our beef from established farm in New Zealand. We specialise in Grass-fed beef as they are naturally delicious and more nutritious, and the cattle can eat and live as they would naturally. 

Benefits of Grass-fed Beef

Grass-fed beef comes from some of the least fatty types of cattle and can have benefits that support overall health. It's leaner and has more nutrients, like omega-3 fatty acids, than grain-fed beef. It also contains more antioxidants and vitamins and may have fewer antibiotic-resistant bacteria than grain-fed beef.

Remember to complement your beef with nutrient-dense whole foods for a more balanced meal.

You can serve your beef alongside a variety of vegetables, such as a tangy vinegar-based slaw or broccoli sautéed in extra-virgin olive oil. Include a wholesome starch like black beans or a baked sweet potato to round out the plate. These thoughtful pairings help promote a balanced diet, which plays a key role in supporting overall health and preventing disease.

Vacuum-Sealed (Wet Aging)

We vacuum-sealed all our portioned beef to ensure freshness.

The purpose is to try to replicate wet aging, in which the beef is vacuum-sealed in airtight plastic packaging and stored under refrigeration for several days or weeks. The beef remains sealed throughout the process, allowing natural enzymes to break down muscle fibers and enhance tenderness and flavor. Because the packaging prevents moisture loss, wet-aged beef retains its weight and juiciness.
